Thank you for shopping at ATB Corner! Since every item is personalized and made to order, please allow time for us to carefully craft your piece before it ships.

Processing Time All orders are custom-made and require a processing time of 3–7 business days before shipment. This is when your item is engraved, printed, quality-checked, and packaged.

Shipping Time Once shipped, estimated delivery within the United States is 3–5 business days.

Total estimated time (processing + shipping): 6–12 business days.

Tracking As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.

Delivery Delays Occasionally, delivery may take longer than expected due to carrier delays, high-volume periods (holidays), or weather. We appreciate your patience — your order is on its way!

Wrong or Incomplete Address Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us at support@atbcorner.com within 12 hours.

Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you can't locate your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If you still need help, reach out to support@atbcorner.com and we'll do our best to assist.
